During the Industrial and Logistics panel, held today at "The Real Estate & Construction Forum 2024", Muler Onofrei, Managing Partner – BTO Division, provided a comprehensive overview of the increasing demand for Built-to-Order (BTO) projects in Romania. He addressed the key challenges currently facing the sector and underlined emerging opportunities, particularly in the context of the country’s evolving infrastructure. A significant point of discussion was the appeal of specific land areas, with infrastructure projects such as the A0 highway playing a pivotal role in shaping development prospects. Muler further emphasized the advantages of BTO projects, notably in terms of control over costs and quality with a single point of responsibility, which are becoming crucial factors in an increasingly competitive market.
