We started the year very well, with a big project in Arad, of 20.000 square meters. We have four projects in the pipeline, which we hope will come out this year. Targu Mures is a city with a very good position in the center of the country and will have links with all areas of the country. But it has a shortage of good logistic spaces, like other cities in the country. We hope to start the construction of a 20.000 - 25.000 square meters warehouse in Targu Mures, we already have a potential client for about 6.000 sqm.
