Global Vision, one of the joint developers and the general contractor of the project, announces that works has already begun for the logistics park near Bucharest.
We did the site organization, the excavations, and the land works. We predict that at the beginning of summer we will complete the works of the first phase of the project from Chitila. Chitila Logistics Park benefits from a strategic location, with excellent infrastructure connectivity. The logistics park is located in the vicinity of the capital ring road of the capital, of the A1 Highway and one of the most important railway junctions in Romania. It also offers easy access to DN7, the road that connects to the central area of Bucharest.
Chitila Logistics Park will be developed on a plot of 13.7 hectares, and the investments for the whole project are estimated at 35.4 million euros.
Founded in 2004, Global Vision develops, designs, builds and manages strategic real estate projects for private and institutional investors in Romania, and CEE. The company also has its own portfolio of properties consisting of office buildings, residential and industrial projects. With a team of over 150 specialists, Global Vision operations are structured in three divisions, namely: property development (over 250,000 sqm delivered over the last 5 years), construction and civil engineering (over 500,000 sqm built over the last 15 years) and property management (over 400,000 sqm in administration). In 2017, 2018 and 2019, the company focused on the development of major industrial and logistics projects in Romania, Slovenia, and Slovakia, and announced the opening of an American branch that will provide construction, civil engineering and facility management services.
