We support our clients to bring their projects to reality by offering consultancy services starting from preliminary stages. Our goal is to provide a clear perspective over the steps required to achieve the desired outcome, by accurately illustrating the challenges along the process, and customizing a solution that highlights the ideal balance between expectations, use of resources and long-term functionality. We offer a full range of pre-construction services including cost estimating and control, design, scheduling, phasing and logistics, and cash flow analysis.
We coordinate all parties involved in the execution stage, our goal being to deliver the project on schedule and built in accordance with the plans and specifications required by our clients. Throughout the construction phase, we provide regular feedback to our beneficiaries, making sure the process is fully transparent and the outcome is clearly foreseeable.
The final step in the process involves setting up on-going property management through our dedicated division, initial move-ins, clearing-up construction deficiencies and finalizing the project’s capital cost.
