Linia Wood&Metal company opens Linia Projects in a new 6,700 square meters leased space in Chitila Logistics Hub, a project developed by Global Vision in partnership with Globalworth. The industrial park has a total area of more than 77,000 square meters and features extensive storage spaces, customized production facilities, and modern office spaces.
Linia Projects space is dedicated to furniture production and interior design, covering 6,000 square meters of production area complemented by more than 700 square meters of office space.
Linia Projects offers complete furniture and interior design solutions, characterized by a balanced integration of wood, stone, and other derivatives. With an average monthly production exceeding EUR 400,000, Linia Projects manages an average of 250 projects per year and is a unique integrator of complete solutions in the field of interior design and furniture.
This transaction increases the occupancy rate close to 90%, highlighting the benefits of the available functionalities and enhanced connectivity offered by the strategic location of Chitila Logistics Hub.
