OUR FOCUS
We are a real estate development and investment platform looking to partner with a wide range of investor types, with the purpose to explore and implement – together with like-minded collaborators – new strategies for real estate development capable of catering to the ever-changing market demands. Our experience stretches beyond the Romanian environment, having delivered several projects at CEE level, and we look to expand on the USA market in the coming years. We have several ongoing partnerships focused on development of industrial & logistics large-scale communities, and we are interested to further expand our collaborations portfolio with strategic investors, such as public investment funds, private equity funds, similar international property developers eying to access the local market, as well as asset holders seeking partnerships for asset management and redevelopment.
As temporality has replaced continuity in most fields including real estate, we believe that in our line of business providing end-users with high-value, high-efficiency and flexible amenities is the key to attract, engage, and retain relationships, and we look for like-visioned partners to further grow our footprint in a sustainable manner, in our sector of activity.
