Sport for Good events are organized for charity purposes by The Social Incubator Association, which supports young people from vulnerable backgrounds to have the chance of a dignified future through work. From the very beginning, ever since its launch in 2014, the organization set out to contribute to increasing the chances of social and professional integration of vulnerable young people in our country. The experience of each of the founding members with NGOs has shown that their needs are much more complex than it might seem at first glance, and that without individual and long-term support, real and sustainable change will not be possible.

Global Vision is one of our main good deeds partners which contribute to the education and development of vulnerable young people by supporting our projects. Since connecting with Rusandra Bejan, who was also the 2nd place winner of the first edition of Tennis for Good Deeds, we have been looking for solutions and ways to work together for the benefit of vulnerable young people who are seeking an independent and dignified future. We were also honoured to have Sorin Preda with us, who shared with our beneficiaries his journey as an entrepreneur, a journey that gave participants new perspectives on the challenges and opportunities that can arise professionally.
