Organization overview
Renașterea Foundation for Education, Health and Culture was founded in 2001, bringing for the first time to the attention of the Romanian public a problem with major implications in women's lives: breast cancer. In 2008, the Romanian state authorities granted the foundation the status of a public utility organisation.

Raising awareness about the importance of early detection of breast and cervical cancer, providing free of charge access to screening, diagnosis and counselling for patients and their families.
Promote the importance of early detection and quality of care; Improve the quality of life for cancer patients, through offering access to quality care; Improve the survival rate.
