Valeo is a French independent industrial group that focuses on the design, production and sale of components, integrated systems, and modules for the automotive industry. Valeo is among the top automotive suppliers and in 2011, VALEO Lightning Systems, part of Valeo Group, started its activity in Timisora Industrial Park I (project for which we provide a full array of real estate development services), where it produces headlamps, fog lights, stop lights and headlights for trucks.
Global Vision was selected as contractor for the construction of Valeo’s new light production unit, being responsible for the project management, building construction and civil engineering, which includes structure, façade and installation works, civil construction, as well as on-site engineering. The development of the 27.000 sq. m project lasted 8 months, and it comprises of storage are, production unit offices.
