ORIGINS
Global Vision is established by Sorin Preda, entering the construction sector with a telecom and marketing background
2005
FIRST MAJOR WINS
Delivered ITC systems for City Mall & Phoenix Tower; launched the Property & Facility Management division.
2006
MAJOR INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT
Completed South Center Parking, Romania’s 2nd largest at the time.
2007
REFURBISHMENT & OFFICE DELIVERY
Refurbished Eliade Tower and delivered BOB Tower as General Constructor and Property Manager, with integrated office and small retail space.
2008
First Mixed-Use Campus
Delivered Omnilogic Corporate Campus with office, warehouse, and datacenter facilities.
2009
EXPANSION INTO INDUSTRIAL & OFFICE DELIVERY
Built logistics units for Euromaster and G4S; developed Olympus Tower for Bancpost HQ.
2010
OFFICE & LOGISTICS SCALE-UP
Delivered BOC Tower tech systems & Fan Courier’s Timișoara hub.
2012
FIT-OUTS & INSTITUTIONAL BUILD
Built Romanian Basketball HQ and delivered corporate office fit-outs.

2014
RAPID OFFICE CONVERSION DELIVERY
Transformed City Mall into an AA-class office building in under 7 months.
2015

Completed Bratianu Business Center (heritage), Origami Residence, and 50,000+ sq. m of logistics space in Timisoara; delivered Goodyear HQ fit-out.

Launched industrial and logistics developments in Slovenia and Slovakia.

Initiated Chitila Logistics Hub (75,000 sq. m) in Bucharest and Constanta Business Park (100 ha landplot) adjacent the Romanian main port.

MASSIVE LOGISTICS DELIVERY
Invested €70M+ to deliver 100,000+ sq. m of Class A logistics space nationwide.
2021
TAILORED SPACE & INDUSTRY RECOGNITION
Delivered another 100,000+ sq. m and won Lease Transaction of the Year for HAVI deal.
2022
INNOVATION IN LAST MILE LOGISTICS
Launched Last Mile logistics parks and won Logistics Project of the Year for Chitila Hub.
2023
LOGISTICS & OFFICE GROWTH
Mureș City Logistics reached full occupancy; expanded Chitila Hub; signed FrieslandCampina & Mediapost; acquired Nova Building.
2024
INVESTMENT PLATFORM LAUNCH
Global Vision launched its own real estate investment platform, creating new capital access pathways to accelerate portfolio growth across logistics, industrial, and office assets.
2025
RETAIL PARKS & CAPITAL MARKET MOVE

In 2004, Sorin Preda, an experienced executive in the field of telecommunications and marketing, founded Global Vision as a company primarily active in the construction sector.
Sorin’s agile and straightforward approach to business was embraced from the start as the company’s guideline for work conduct.

This attitude was the main driver behind Global Vision’s evolution throughout the years, as the spectrum of areas of interest grew due to cumulated experience. Nowadays, Global Vision is a mature real estate company that incorporates all relevant services along the real estate value chain: investments, co-financing, development, construction, and management of assets.
