Global Vision was contracted by Globalworth to deliver a built-to-suit warehouse within the project owned by them in Arges County – Pitesti Industrial Park, for a confidential client active in the food industry. The project comprises of a 5,500 sq.m temperature-controlled facility, with offices & social areas. The warehouse was built on a 15,900 sq.m plot of land and it includes a dedicated parking area for trucks and cars. The warehouse offers room for further expansion with approx. 6,000 sq. m.
