Origami Residence

Origami is an 8 floors residential complex, with an underground level for parking, ground floor area for commercial activities and apartment, and 6 floors which include two, three-room apartments and penthouses of 4 rooms displayed as duplex or triplex. There are 5 exterior parking places and 21 places, underground. The 21 apartments designed with regular geometric shapes, offer large, ample spaces, which capture natural lightning and mark off the symmetrical lines of the residences. The experience accumulated in the construction field and property management of different types of properties, led us to the development of our first residential project, entirely owned by GlobalVision.

Following the market research stage, we chose Timisoara as the most appropriate location for a new residential project, given the fact that the market here is in continuous expansion.
