In 2020, Mega Image became the first tenant within Chitila Logistics Park, an industrial & logistics project developed by GlobalVision in partnership with Globalworth. In the context of the global pandemic, due to the switch of shopping habits from brick & mortar retail stores to the online environment, Mega Image changed its operations approach and swiftly adjusted to the new requirements by opening its first warehouse dedicated to eCommerce activities.
As Chitila Logistics Park benefits from excellent accessibility, being positioned next to the Bucharest ring road which connects the project to the A1 and N7 roads and the city’s central districts, this proved to be the ideal place for Mega Image, which was in search of a location that could service the Capital city in a fast and easy manner. Furthermore, as the park has access to public transportation (a bus station is at the entrance of the park), it is a great location in terms of accessibility for employees.Mega Image’s unit is a built-to-suit facility comprising of several areas with different temperature ranges, as well as offices & social areas.
