Litens Automotive Group’s built-to-suit warehouse within Timisoara Industrial Park I (a project for which we provide development, construction and asset & property management services in several locations) is an 8,000 sq.m building, comprising mostly of production area (6,300 sq. m). Global Vision provided the full spectrum of development services, from planning, design, project management and construction, to authorisations & permitting process.
Construction works were finalized in a record 4-month period (including all structural and MEP related execution), as well as architectural and design works. For the official opening ceremony on the 24th of October 2017, Global Vision and Litens co-partnered to have a fully functional space, suitable for working as well as for commercial exposure.
