The property was originally developed as a shopping center which was known as City Mall, project for which GlobalVision provided building coordination services. Global Vision was chosen general contractor for converting City Mall Shopping Center into City Offices, being responsible for implementing the architectural project, HVAC, Sanitary and Electrical installations, low and high currents.
The project execution started in April 2014 and was finalized by November 2014. The investment for the reconfiguration works was approximately 6 million EUR.
