Rising seven floors high, with three levels of underground parking and a total area of 84,939 sq. m., BOC Tower is located in the most popular office area in Bucharest and provides world-class services to its tenants. The ground floor layout presents the necessary corporate facilities such as conference rooms and leisure areas, while the restaurants and coffee shops located in the compound facilitate the fast-paced environment. Global Vision became project designer & sole supplier of Building Technology Systems for BOC Tower. Global Vision also concluded with BOC Real Property a long-term contract for Property Management services.
