Global Vision has completed the acquisition of a property comprising of two office towers in the Charles de Gaulle – Dorobanți area. The acquisition strengthens Global Vision's investment platform and its footprint in one of the capital's most sought-after business corridors.
The property comprises two towers totaling over 10,000 sqm of gross built area, that were developed between 2001 - 2004 and were formerly home to Alpha Bank. Both towers have retail space at ground floor level, giving the property a mixed-use profile.
The property is expected to undergo a comprehensive refurbishment and repositioning program, supported by a significant additional investment. The project will transform the currently largely vacant property into a modern mixed-use destination, combining complementary functions tailored to the needs of the market.
With an investment worth several tens of millions of euros, Global Vision acquires a well-located but underutilized property on one of Bucharest's main arteries, with clear scope to improve its performance over time.
“This acquisition exemplifies Global Vision’s strategic investment approach, similar to our previous projects like Brătianu Business Center and Corner Office Building, aimed at reintegrating well-located assets into the city's commercial framework. The property’s prime location and substantial dimensions, coupled with our expertise as investors, developers, and asset managers, position us exceptionally well to enhance its value and impact on Bucharest’s business environment. Investing in the right location is the cornerstone of our philosophy, and our commitment to quality and innovation is what sets us apart in the rapidly evolving real estate landscape.”Sorin Preda, Founder & CEO, Global Vision
The transaction adds to a 2026 pipeline already exceeding €150 million across office, retail, industrial and data center assets, as Global Vision's portfolio continues its trajectory toward a cumulative value exceeding €1 billion. It underscores Global Vision's openness to new investors and its focus on long-term value creation and disciplined capital deployment across Romania's real estate market.
