Global Vision, the real estate integrated services platform founded by Sorin Preda 16 years ago, continues its expansion in the facility and property management segment and adds to its administration and maintenance portfolio the newest hotel opened in Bucharest: Moxy Bucharest Old Town, operated by Apex Alliance Hotel Management.

”We are glad to extend the collaboration with Apex Alliance through a new contract, this time for the Moxy brand – the hotel that the Lithuanian company will open this summer, in the Old Center. And at the same time, with the inclusion of Moxy in the FM and property management portfolio of Global Vision, our teams expand their expertise in the hospitality segment. We already have a history of almost a year of good collaboration with Apex Alliance Hotel Management. From October 2019 we started to provide technical maintenance services at Courtyard by Marriott, inaugurated last year in the business area of ​​the town, on Dimitrie Pompeiu Boulevard no. 2A. The new commercial agreement with Apex Alliance for Moxy is the confirmation of the solid partnership we developed so far,” says Codrin Apostol, Executive Director of Global Vision.

The Old Town unit has 119 rooms, and the minimalist design elements of the lobby, combined with common areas and a central bar – the heart of the hotel, which also serves as a reception – promote an interactive environment. The new Marriott brand has Millennials as the main audience and debuted in September 2014, with the opening of Moxy Milan in Italy.
