BOB is part of a wider compound developed between 2006 and 2011, which consists of three office buildings (including BOB Tower), two blocks of flats (Upground Towers), retail space and other amenities. The project was completed in August 2008 and it comprises seven floors above ground and 161 open parking spaces. It is let by international companies active in the security, banking and IT&T sectors.
