The audit services provider decided to relocate its Romanian Headquarters due to the impressive growth of its operations in the region. The choice of location was not simple but one thing was certain, the new space would have to be large, stylish and modern, as well as located in a great area of Bucharest, fitting with the firm’s repute as a top consulting company.
Bucharest Tower Center was chosen as the new location. However, there was a problem, the old lease was about to expire and any relocation would have to be swift; a task considered almost impossible regarding the size, features and design of the new space.
Global Vision was chosen as the general contractor based on its track record for quick and precise execution. The timetable was twelve weeks for the fit-out of six floors of prime office space, including the implementation of the architectural concept, which involved sound-proofing the majority of walls with integrated art & design motifs, building a spectacular oval boardroom with U-Glass, creating a green wall in the reception area and implementing numerous furniture, wall and light designs. In addition, a main data center was installed on the primary level and secondary data centers were installed on each of the remaining five floors.
In addition to the above, the scope of work included HVAC, Sanitary and Electrical installations, as well as Security Systems and Fire Safety Systems.
The 2 625 sq. m project was successfully executed in 3 months.
