Constanta, one of the biggest untapped hub in Europe in terms of infrastructure and human resource Lazu, Constanta county, 27 August 2018

A company specialized in property management and property development services, especially industrial parks and mixed-use properties, Global Vision shall develop an industrial park on a greenfield of approximately 100 hectares, nearby Port of Constanta, Black Sea Vision thereby being the largest project of this type, accross south-east Romania.

"This is the only land that can accommodate the expansion of the Port of Constanta. Constanta is in need of an industrial project [...] as retailers register supplementary costs today with container transportation and logistics back and forth between Bucharest and Constanta. From logistics industry we might have requests reaching hundreds of thousand of square meters because there is no offer for something similar in the area."

"The Plan is to deliver each year 70 000 to 80 000 square meters so that in 6 years we'll have a mixed use project developed over 550 000 - 600 000 square meters. Total investment value raises over 200 million EUR.

We intend to develop the entire land plot estimated at 300 hectares, today having agricultural use."

The Zonal Urbal Plan is already in works with expected issue date in September.
